To make things easier for people restoring threatened Box-Gum Grassy Woodlands, Florabank has now brought together the Species Navigator Fact Sheets for 42 Box-Gum Grassy Woodland species onto a new Florabank Communities in Landscapes web page
Species Navigator Fact Sheets bring together a range of ecological and taxonomic information about species found in this nationally threatened vegetation community. This will make it make it easier for people to find out whether a species is suitable for their site, and how best to collect seed, propagate and establish species to restore Box-Gum Grassy Woodland habitat.
As a partner in the Communities in Landscapes project, Florabank is providing information about Box-Gum Grassy Woodland species to be used by those interested in or planning to restore Box-Gum Grassy Woodland habitat.
An additional 40 Box-gum Grassy Woodland species will be added to the Florabank Species Navigator as part of the Communities in Landscapes project over the next year. Communities in Landscapes is supported by the Australian Government through Caring for our Country.
